Wastage Of Electricity

Nowadays wasting electricity is a serious problem we should focus on. First of all, school is a place where we waste electricity. Student usually forget to turn off the lights and fans before they leave the classroom. Sometimes teacher’s who is the last one leaves the office forget , to turn off the lights and equipments. It really waste a lot of electricity. Second, people also waste electricity in places  where the work. We can see lights shining in un occupied areas. And, after a big conference or even a small meeting, we can often find that the lights and air conditioners still works on. Just a simple action we forget, we may pay the price of wasting electricity .Last, we often ignore in our home. In the living room , sometimes we turn on T.V but fall asleep . it is not only wasting electricity but it also causes danger. Believe it or not ,wasting electricity is all around us ,we should try to save it and not to waste it.

Why do we need to conserve electricity?

It is important to conserve electricity because the natural resources that provide sources for electricity are being depleted faster than they can be regenerating. Conserving electricity also saves money. Since electricity prices are assessed in accordance with the amount used. Overuse of electricity also leads to high EMF emission to which some people are sensitive. Electricity requires a source to power it. The sources used to power electricity are natural resources such as coal, gas and oil. These type of resources are quickly disappearing because they are being used at a much faster rate than they can be replenished. It takes thousands of years for a coal and oil to form. Also, mining natural resources is expensive because it is very difficult and dangerous. Tapping oil wells, for example, requires spending millions of dollars to build a rig with the capability to drill thousands of felt into the earth. Coal mining requires workers to descend deep into the earth and to dig dangerous and sometimes unstable tunnel systems. Energy conservation also conserves these natural resources, which lowers the overall cost of supplying them to customers. The money that power companies save can be put towards research for finding alternative source for electricity.

Importance of Electricity

Electricity is one of the most important blessing that science has given to mankind. It has also become a part of modern life and one cannot think a world without it. Electricity has many uses in our day today life. essential item like food, cloth, paper and many other things are the product of electricity. Electricity also provide means of amusement, radio, television and cinema, which are the most popular forms of entertainment. Modern equipments like computers and robots have been developed because of electricity. Electricity plays a pivotal role in fields of medicines and surgery too: such as X-ray, ECG. The use of electricity is increasing day by day. Modern means of transportation and communications have been revolution by it. To maintain the life of human community and in order to facilitate the life, many important inventions were discovered. There is no doubt that the most important of these invention is electricity. We better understand the importance of electricity in our life during few minutes of power outages. They cannot carry out activities they made a habit of. For instance computer and television are the best examples of these. This is an indicator of how much electricity is important in our life.
